The role coordinates problem records and investigations, facilitates root-cause analysis, tracks corrective actions, supports change-management governance, maintains operational dashboards and reports, and works with technology teams to improve service reliability and reduce recurring incidents.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires at least three years of experience in IT service management or service operations, familiarity with ITIL processes such as incident, problem and change management, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional technology teams.
