Manage client communication: Work directly with international clients to explain performance outcomes, justify budget allocation decisions, present optimization strategies, and communicate recommendations confidently. Collaborate across functions: Partner with Business Intelligence (BI), Creative, Tracking, CRM, and other specialists to improve campaign execution and overall marketing effectiveness. Experiment with growth opportunities: Continuously test audiences, creative assets, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and advertising channels to identify opportunities for scalable growth. Take ownership of results: Act as the primary paid social specialist within a dedicated client team, maintaining accountability for campaign performance, execution quality, and measurable business outcomes. Requirements: Professional experience: Approximately 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads and Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of managing campaigns independently. Campaign management expertise: Demonstrated ability to launch, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns while managing substantial advertising budgets. Performance marketing knowledge: Strong understanding of campaign economics, profitability, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and other key advertising performance indicators. Analytical proficiency: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance issues, and turn insights into actionable improvements. Google Analytics expertise: Practical experience using Google Analytics to assess advertising effectiveness, understand campaign performance, and support optimization decisions. Spreadsheet skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, data analysis, and performance tracking. Reporting and presentation: Experience preparing performance reports and presenting findings, recommendations, and strategic decisions to clients or senior stakeholders. Communication skills: Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with the ability to confidently lead meetings, explain complex performance metrics, and communicate with international clients. Ownership and autonomy: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for campaign results. Team collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and contributing to shared business objectives. Availability and commitment: Willingness to commit to a full-time, long-term professional engagement, primarily during European business hours, with occasional evening meetings to accommodate US-based clients.
