Full Job Description

Design, develop, and operate highly available, scalable, secure, and observable cloud services. Drive technical design and implementation for complex engineering problems, evaluating architectural approaches and trade-offs. Drive features and projects end-to-end, from requirements and design through deployment and production readiness. Build deep domain expertise in cloud infrastructure, global deployment technologies, and sovereign cloud engineering. Collaborate with partner teams to define technical solutions, resolve dependencies, and deliver cross-service capabilities. Improve service reliability and operational excellence through automation, monitoring, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis. Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, C++ OR equivalent experience. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. Experience driving complex or ambiguous engineering projects from design through delivery. Deep experience with software design, implementation, testing, and debugging. Demonstrated ability to build reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software. Advanced collaboration and communication skills across engineering teams and disciplines. Ability to mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership. Passion for delivering high-quality solutions that create customer value.
