As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.  We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead end to end category strategy and supplier execution for silicon and electrical components supporting our current and next generation hardware roadmap. This role will partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware and Electrical Engineering, Science, Product, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to develop resilient, cost optimized sourcing strategies, align technical and commercial requirements, lead RFQs and negotiations, and drive supplier performance across capacity, clear to build readiness, delivery, quality, and cost. This is a hybrid role requiring someone to be able to work 2-3 days a week out of our San Francisco office. What You Will Do: Collaborate with EE engineering teams to influence and align supplier product roadmaps with the company’s long-term hardware strategy and product lineup. Secure reliable component supply and locked-in commercial terms to support both production demand and engineering builds for NPI programs across the full EE component portfolio. Apply deep understanding of pricing structures and cost drivers for EE components to lead cost analysis activities at the module and component level, and negotiate with suppliers to meet or beat target cost objectives. Own forecast alignment and supplier capacity planning to safeguard supply continuity for development, pilot, and mass production needs Proactively monitor global silicon market dynamics, technology trends, and capacity/geopolitical risks, translating insights into category strategies and mitigation plans What you'll bring 5+ years of work experience in PCB, PCBA, FPC, or SiP  sourcing or procurement Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, Master’s Degree a plus Proven experience in negotiating commercials and a deep understanding of should cost Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal) History in working supply escalations and managing forecasts and commitments with vendors Ability to thrive in ambiguity, can manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment Ability to travel 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally Nice to have: Experience working with Tier‑1 FPC and PCB foundry suppliers and Surface Mount Technology partners across Asia, North America, and/or Europe Background in high‑volume consumer electronics and CM/ODM/JDM manufacturing models is strongly preferred Strong understanding of PCB, FPC supply chain and processes needed to produce finished goods Benefits At Ōura, we care about you and your well-being. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. These ranges may be modified in the future. San Francisco Salary Range:  $172,550 - $203,000 A recruiter can determine your Region based on your US location.
