You will lead the multi-year AI Workforce strategy for the account, engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers across IT, business, legal and HR to align their AI transformation vision with business priorities and turn it into a roadmap and customer success plan they own. You will own the sales and consumption pipeline for the account, lead pipeline and forecast reviews with senior sales leadership, coach peers on pipeline hygiene, and monitor adoption trends to intervene early, drive expansion and secure predictable renewals. You will tailor the strategy to the customer's security priorities and integrate security into every engagement - from personal assistants to role- and process-based agents - with a governance narrative across identity, security and compliance anchored in Agent 365, adapted for boards, business leaders and engineers alike. You will lead partner co-sell and partner attach with global system integrators, orchestrate a global virtual team of account executives, technical specialists, customer success and engineering, resolve competing priorities across stakeholders, and share playbooks and customer stories with the wider AI Workforce community. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, OR equivalent experience. Experience in technology-related sales or account management, including ownership of a strategic or global enterprise account and closing complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder deals. Business-level proficiency in English. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in the energy or oil and gas industry, or in other asset-heavy, safety-critical and regulated global industries. Experience leading change management or adoption programs at scale in a multinational organization.
