Senior Specialist II, Facility Management (Electrical Engineering) Job’s mission As a Senior Specialist II, Facility Management at ASM, you will play a critical role in Building infrastructure development including facilities design, expansion, maintenance based on government permits. You will lead cross-functional vendors across various area to deliver complex semiconductor infrastructure, ensuring R&D activity’s continuity and meet the specifications requested by various teams. What you will be working on Conduct periodic inspections of various facilities operated by ASM and review corrective and preventive action plans to ensure safe and efficient operations. Maintain legal appointments and registrations associated with nationally certified professional licenses and take responsibility for managing and overseeing the relevant areas of compliance and operations. Participate in ongoing ASM projects by performing technical reviews, preparing cost estimates, developing construction plans, and establishing safety management plans. Continuously evaluate, improve, modify, and expand cleanroom facilities, HVAC systems, and utility systems to support operational requirements and future growth. Develop and maintain the infrastructure necessary to support ASM employees' operations and continuously assess workplace conditions to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with other R&D engineering, manufacturing, and global EHS teams to ensure alignment and energy saving. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering / Energy Engineering) 5–10 years or more of experience in related fields. (Particularly within major construction companies and engineering groups.) Holder of a Professional Engineer License in Electrical Engineer and Electrical Construction Engineer. (전기기사/ 전기공사기사 자경증 소지.) Experience in Cleanroom & utility system design and serving as a Site Representative (Construction Site Manager) for construction projects. TOEIC score of 750 or above and the ability to communicate effectively in a business English environment. What sets you apart TOEIC score of 800 or above and TOEFL iBT score of 90 or above. Experience studying abroad for language training. Ability to lead and influence across functions and organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to manage construction projects independently with minimal supervision. Strong customer and results-oriented mindset.
