Join an innovative technology consulting team helping enterprises turn artificial intelligence and digital transformation opportunities into practical business outcomes. As a Senior Strategist, you will lead complex client engagements from initial discovery and problem definition through strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, AI engineering, product design, and enterprise operations, identifying opportunities where intelligent automation can deliver measurable value. Partnering with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams, you will translate ambiguity into actionable plans and guide critical decisions with confidence. You will also explore AI-powered tools and rapid prototyping techniques to validate ideas and accelerate delivery. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced strategist who combines analytical rigor, technical curiosity, strong client leadership, and a hands-on approach to innovation.

Lead end-to-end strategy engagements: Own discovery, problem framing, opportunity identification, prioritization, roadmap development, and pilot planning for AI and digital transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities for business improvement: Map customer journeys, operational workflows, and decision points to uncover opportunities for AI, automation, and digital solutions that deliver measurable business value. Develop compelling business cases: Quantify potential impact, define key performance indicators, assess feasibility, and align executive and operational stakeholders around expected outcomes and success criteria. Make strategy tangible through prototyping: Develop lightweight prototypes, AI agent demonstrations, and proof-of-concept experiences that help clients evaluate ideas and validate solutions before implementation. Prepare business knowledge for AI applications: Collaborate with client subject matter experts to structure institutional knowledge into AI-ready assets, including prompt libraries, evaluation examples, and retrieval datasets. Establish responsible AI governance: Design practical governance approaches that reflect client risk profiles and address privacy, responsible AI principles, human oversight, and escalation procedures. Facilitate rapid testing and iteration: Engage real users and operational teams early, gather feedback, test assumptions, and refine recommendations based on evidence. Bridge business and technical teams: Translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and collaborate with design, data, engineering, and change management teams to support successful delivery. Apply AI tools to strategy and delivery: Integrate tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and Figma AI, along with relevant agentic frameworks, into daily workflows to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and execution. Lead high-impact client sessions: Independently facilitate executive briefings, ideation workshops, and process redesign sessions that help stakeholders resolve ambiguity and agree on clear next steps. Build trusted client relationships: Serve as a consultative partner to senior stakeholders, communicating complex findings, strategic trade-offs, and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner. Drive prioritization and scope decisions: Balance business value, technical feasibility, risk, available resources, and delivery timelines when defining engagement priorities. Promote outcome-oriented thinking: Challenge solution-first assumptions when necessary and ensure recommendations remain focused on measurable business impact. Support team development: Begin mentoring junior analysts, sharing strategic and technical knowledge, and helping colleagues strengthen their analytical, delivery, and client-facing skills. Requirements: Relevant professional experience: At least five years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, product strategy, digital transformation, or a related discipline. Strong AI fundamentals: A deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), copilots, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI principles. End-to-end strategy leadership: Demonstrated experience independently leading discovery and strategy engagements, including stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, opportunity sizing, prioritization, and roadmap development. Executive communication skills: Ability to create compelling, executive-ready narratives and align senior business and technology stakeholders around strategic recommendations and implementation plans. Practical AI tool expertise: Hands-on experience using AI tools for strategy, productivity, research, and prototyping, such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma AI. Prompt engineering and prototyping: Experience developing prompts, designing agent workflows, and building lightweight AI prototypes to test concepts and demonstrate potential value. Workshop facilitation: Proven ability to independently lead workshops and working sessions that help diverse groups reach clarity, resolve competing priorities, and agree on decisions. Understanding of implementation and scaling: Practical knowledge of the factors required to move AI initiatives from pilot to production, including data readiness, governance, organizational adoption, and change management. Familiarity with agentic frameworks: Exposure to tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, or AWS Strands. Client-facing consulting experience: Experience working directly with external clients in a consulting, technology services, or digital transformation environment is an advantage. Ownership and initiative: A proactive, delivery-oriented mindset, with the ability to make progress despite uncertainty, solve problems independently, and take responsibility for outcomes. Continuous learning: Curiosity about the evolving AI landscape and a willingness to adapt, experiment, and continuously improve your skills. High standards of execution: Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to producing high-quality work while balancing speed and practicality. Direct and constructive communication: Comfort giving honest feedback, addressing difficult conversations, and helping teams make better decisions. Resourcefulness and collaboration: Ability to work effectively within constraints, navigate ambiguity, honor commitments, learn from mistakes, and collaborate with experienced multidisciplinary teams. Benefits: Competitive salary in Canada: Annual salary range of CAD $140,000–$170,000, with no bonus or variable compensation specified for this role. Remote work: Opportunity to work remotely from Canada. Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees. Paid time off: Paid leave as part of the employee benefits package. Retirement benefits: A 401(k) plan is listed for eligible employees; availability and applicable arrangements for Canadian employees should be confirmed with the hiring team. Work on meaningful AI initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of AI solutions designed to improve enterprise operations and deliver measurable client outcomes.
