We are looking for…

A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and attract and engage high-quality talent. The role will build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, provide market and recruitment insights, ensure compliant and inclusive hiring practices, improve stakeholder experiences, and mentor junior recruiters.

What will you do…

  • Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives for senior, niche, and difficult-to-source roles.
  • Initiate and support the implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate selection processes.
  • Drive the maintenance of talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Enhance candidate and hiring experience through continuous process improvement and implementation of best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters and coordinators.
  • Participate in succession planning and strategic talent discussions.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor activity.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives in hiring practices.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) is an added advantage.
  • Experience using recruitment analytics for decision-making.
