Maintain appropriate documentation, internal controls, and compliance practices while collaborating with finance, legal, and other stakeholders. Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in U.S. direct tax analysis and compliance. Familiarity with ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP reporting requirements, including tax-related financial statement disclosures. Ability to interpret complex tax legislation and translate regulatory requirements into practical, commercially sound solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tax compliance, financial reporting, or data analysis tools. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in reconciliations, financial data analysis, tax calculations, and reporting. Experience identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to automation or technology-driven improvements is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance, legal, management, external auditors, and tax advisors. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international business environment. A proactive mindset, sound professional judgment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
