As a Senior Technical Talent Researcher, you will identify, engage, and attract outstanding technical talent across a variety of specialized disciplines. You will use advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and creative research techniques to connect with high-caliber candidates, including those who are not actively seeking new opportunities. Working closely with a dedicated client team, you will develop a deep understanding of organizational culture, hiring priorities, and technical requirements. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen talent acquisition strategies and promote effective recruiting practices. Technical Talent Sourcing: Identify, research, and engage highly qualified technical professionals across multiple disciplines, including candidates with specialized or hard-to-fill skill sets. Advanced Research Strategies: Apply sophisticated sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn research, talent mapping, and creative approaches to identify passive candidates and expand talent pipelines. Client Partnership: Work closely with one client at a time, developing a strong understanding of its business objectives, technical requirements, company culture, and hiring needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and senior stakeholders to refine search strategies, share market insights, and demonstrate the value of effective talent acquisition practices. Candidate Engagement: Build professional relationships with prospective candidates, communicate opportunities clearly, and deliver a positive, respectful experience throughout the sourcing process. Talent Market Intelligence: Research talent markets, identify relevant candidate communities, and provide insights that help clients understand candidate availability, competitive hiring conditions, and sourcing opportunities. Recruitment Process Support: Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure sourcing activities align with hiring priorities, recruitment timelines, and overall talent acquisition objectives. Continuous Improvement: Share sourcing knowledge, best practices, and innovative research methods with colleagues while continuously refining approaches to improve recruitment effectiveness. Requirements Technical Recruitment Experience: At least 4 years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates for niche or highly specialized roles. In-House Recruitment Experience: Ideally, at least 1 year of experience working within an internal talent acquisition team, with an understanding of business-driven hiring priorities and stakeholder expectations. Advanced Sourcing Skills: Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate research, and alternative sourcing techniques for reaching passive technical talent. Technical Talent Market Knowledge: Ability to understand technical roles, identify relevant skills and experience, and develop effective sourcing strategies for specialized positions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities while maintaining high-quality research. Relationship Building: A collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to establish credibility, build trust, and develop strong working relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to work independently, adapt to changing client needs, and apply creative problem-solving to challenging recruitment assignments. Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for developing recruitment expertise, exchanging knowledge with colleagues, and staying current with emerging sourcing strategies and talent acquisition practices.
