Our expertise spans cloud, data, AI/ML, embedded software, IoT, and more, driving digital transformation across finance, manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, and other industries. Within our multidisciplinary engineering environment, we work on advanced autonomous and unmanned systems. Our R&D scope spans multirotor, fixed-wing, VTOL and lighter-than-air platforms, with a focus on guidance, navigation, control, perception and sensor integration. Engineers work alongside specialists in electronics, mechanics, embedded software, mathematics, CV/AI and signal processing to take solutions from modeling and simulation through integration and physical validation. Responsibilities: Design and integrate advanced guidance, navigation and control (GNC) systems for different flight dynamics Develop and validate control algorithms, state estimation, flight models and autonomous behaviors Select and integrate flight controllers, radar, cameras, GNSS/INS, other sensors and onboard computing Integrate CV/AI perception, tracking, localization, radar/DSP and multi-sensor fusion Build simulation and emulation environments; perform SIL/HIL, hardware integration and field validation Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, embedded, CV/AI, mathematics and signal-processing specialists. Technical Skills: Programming: Python, Linux; C/C++ as required.Control & GNC: flight dynamics, PID/LQR/MPC, feedback control, trajectory planning, EKF/UKF, GNSS/INS UAV platforms: PX4 or ArduPilot, MAVLink/MAVSDK; flight-controller and companion-computer integration Sensors & signals: IMU, radar, GNSS, LiDAR, cameras, DSP, filtering and sensor fusion Interfaces: CAN, UART, SPI, I²C, Ethernet, telemetry and diagnostics. Additional Advantages: SLAM, VIO, RTK GNSS, radar principles (FMCW/Doppler), robust or adaptive control NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA/TensorRT, embedded Linux/RTOS; Docker, CI/CD and cloud services Perception & AI: OpenCV, object detection/tracking, PyTorch or TensorFlow, ONNX Hands-on commissioning, tuning and flight testing of real unmanned platforms Simulation: ROS 2, Gazebo or MATLAB/Simulink, SIL/SITL/HIL testing. What We Expect: 4+ years in UAV, aerospace, embedded software or autonomous systems Strong system-level understanding and practical software/hardware integration experience Ability to evaluate alternatives, coordinate domain specialists and take solutions from concept to validated prototype Independent R&D thinking, structured troubleshooting and technical English.
