This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a commercially driven leader ready to shape strategy and accelerate sustainable business growth. You will oversee the broader operations of a business unit while working closely with senior leadership to define priorities and deliver long-term value. As a senior representative, you will establish strategic relationships with customers, government organizations, industry associations, and business partners. Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to generate sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and identify new business opportunities. Take overall responsibility for business-unit operations while working with existing leaders to establish strategic priorities and improve performance. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial organization focused on accountability, execution, collaboration, and customer outcomes. Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, government agencies, industry associations, and strategic partners. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, and commercial priorities. Champion a customer-centric culture focused on long-term relationships, customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Optimize sales processes and use performance analysis to identify opportunities for improved commercial effectiveness. Leverage data and analytics to monitor results, guide decision-making, and support continuous operational improvement. Partner with product, marketing, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives with broader business objectives. Represent the business in executive meetings, strategic customer engagements, sales opportunities, and other high-priority activities. Travel domestically and internationally for customer engagements, executive meetings, sales opportunities, and other business needs, with travel expected to reach up to 25% annually. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in an executive or senior leadership position, preferably within a software solutions or technology company. Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and building, leading, and developing high-performing teams. Extensive experience developing commercial strategies, optimizing sales processes, and analyzing business performance. Strong understanding of business operations, customer engagement, and approaches to improving operational efficiency. Exceptional executive leadership, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills. A data-driven and results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. Experience managing relationships with senior customers, government agencies, strategic partners, or industry stakeholders. Experience in Healthcare IT or public-sector software environments, including utilities, local government, education, or public safety, is highly desirable. Proficiency with sales automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Strong knowledge of analytics platforms and sales performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, customer success, and other cross-functional teams. Ability to work remotely while operating effectively within the Eastern Time Zone. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% per year. Valid passport and ability to obtain any required travel visas. Benefits: Base salary starting at approximately $150,000 USD per year . Eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.
