This is a senior executive opportunity for an experienced commercial leader ready to shape strategy, accelerate growth, and lead a high-performing organization. You will have broad responsibility for commercial performance, market expansion, operational effectiveness, and long-term business development. Working closely with executive leadership, you will help define strategic priorities and translate them into measurable business results. The role combines executive-level customer engagement with leadership across sales, operations, and cross-functional teams. You will foster a customer-centric culture while developing talent, strengthening performance, and building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic technology environment serving complex public-sector and healthcare markets. Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and expand into new opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial organization with a strong culture of accountability, execution, collaboration, and customer focus. Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, government agencies, industry associations, and strategic partners. Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, emerging opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives. Champion a customer-centric culture focused on long-term relationships, customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable outcomes. Drive improvements across sales processes, commercial performance, and operational efficiency. Use data, analytics, and performance metrics to evaluate results, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, and other functions to align commercial priorities with broader business objectives. Represent the organization in executive meetings, customer engagements, strategic sales opportunities, and other high-impact business activities. Travel domestically and internationally as required, with travel expected to be up to approximately 25% per year. Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in an executive leadership position, ideally within a software or technology solutions environment. Demonstrated success driving significant revenue growth and building, leading, and developing high-performing teams. Strong expertise in commercial strategy, sales process optimization, business development, and performance management. Excellent understanding of business operations, customer engagement, and strategies for improving organizational efficiency. Exceptional executive leadership, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills. A data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business intelligence into actionable decisions. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior customers, strategic partners, government organizations, or industry bodies. Experience in Healthcare IT or public-sector software—including solutions serving utilities, local governments, school districts, or public safety organizations—is highly valued. Familiarity with sales automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Strong understanding of analytics platforms, sales performance indicators, and commercial reporting. Proven ability to work effectively across product, marketing, customer success, and other cross-functional teams. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually, with a valid passport and the ability to obtain required visas when necessary. Availability to work within the Eastern Time Zone. Benefits: Base salary starting at approximately $150,000 USD per year , depending on qualifications and experience.
