Job Overview Take responsibility for a portfolio of quantitative equity indices used by leading global investment banks and asset managers. In this role, you will be a key contact for our international clients and a senior operational counterpart within the index management team, supporting the coordination of projects, priorities, and day-to-day activities. You will also help ensure continuity and effective decision-making when required. Your Tasks Coordinate the rebalancing and maintenance of a portfolio of quantitative equity indices, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and adapting workflows to evolving client expectations. Drive team initiatives and process improvements, from kick-off to delivery, to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth. Serve as a trusted advisor to international clients, including investment banks and asset managers, guiding them through index-related questions and rebalancing outcomes and acting as the primary contact for escalations.  Help organise the team's day-to-day work by aligning priorities, supporting colleagues, and following up on open topics.  Work closely with Data, Engineering, and Product to turn client requirements into working solutions.  Your Profile Academic degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field.  At least 6 years of experience in a capital markets environment, for example in Index Management, ETF Solutions, Portfolio Management, Benchmark Management, Capital Markets Operations, or project management within financial services.
