Continuously refine offerings to reflect evolving technologies, AI capabilities, and market demand while ensuring consistency across practices. Thought leadership and market presence: Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, analyst briefings, and client events. Develop original research, intellectual property, and thought leadership that establish market credibility and strengthen positioning in AI-driven experience innovation.
