This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Web Designer based in the United States. The Senior Web Designer will help shape and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand operating across eCommerce, retail, and emerging consumer channels. This role offers the opportunity to create compelling digital experiences while contributing to broader brand-building initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches. You will translate strategic ideas into polished, distinctive designs that balance strong visual storytelling with measurable commercial impact. Working closely with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, and Partnerships teams, you will take projects from early concepts through final execution. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design craft, strong brand instincts, and deep digital design expertise with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Design Across Digital and Brand Touchpoints: Create high-quality visual assets across websites, landing pages, digital marketing campaigns, product launches, retail materials, partnerships, and broader brand initiatives. Translate Strategy into Creative Execution: Transform brand strategy, campaign objectives, and creative concepts into distinctive, polished visual experiences that communicate clearly and engage target audiences. Develop and Evolve Brand Identity: Strengthen the visual identity, design systems, and creative standards to ensure consistency and differentiation across channels as the business grows. Lead Campaign and Launch Design: Conceptualize and execute creative for major campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, managing projects from initial ideation through final production. Create High-Performing Digital Experiences: Design websites, landing pages, and eCommerce experiences that combine compelling aesthetics with intuitive navigation, usability, and commercial effectiveness. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, Partnerships, and external production teams to develop ideas, align on objectives, and deliver effective creative solutions. Balance Brand and Business Goals: Combine strong visual storytelling with commercial priorities to produce design work that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Manage Multiple Creative Priorities: Coordinate concurrent projects, adapt to changing needs, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail, consistency, and deadlines. Maintain Exceptional Design Standards: Apply strong creative judgment and a high level of craft across all deliverables, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the quality and impact of the brand's visual communication. Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in brand design, digital design, or multidisciplinary creative roles, ideally within a consumer brand, DTC business, eCommerce environment, or similarly creative organization. Outstanding Design Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste, strong execution, and versatility across brand identity, websites, campaigns, and digital experiences. Web and eCommerce Expertise: Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital products, with a solid understanding of user experience (UX), usability, and eCommerce principles. Strong Design Fundamentals: Excellent command of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems, with the ability to apply these principles consistently across different formats. Design Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with familiarity with modern digital design workflows. Conceptual and Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret creative briefs, understand brand strategy, develop original concepts, and translate ideas into compelling visual executions. Creative Versatility: Confidence working across large-scale brand-building initiatives and fast-moving, day-to-day creative requirements while maintaining a consistently high standard of quality. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external creative partners, communicate ideas clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively. Autonomy and Ownership: A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage projects independently, prioritize competing demands, and take responsibility for outcomes. Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creative priorities evolve alongside business growth.
