Full job description

About our team: Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software. As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our product team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build. Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally. Job Summary: As a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Security, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s security capabilities across the cloud platform. You’ll work across identity, access control, secrets, network security, platform hardening, auditability, compliance controls, and customer-facing security features, partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, networking, security, compliance, and customers. This is a highly technical product role focused on making security embedded, scalable, automated, and easy to consume across the platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for security products and platform capabilities.
  • Define the product experience across IAM, RBAC, secrets, encryption, audit logging, network controls, and policy management.
  • Translate customer, regulatory, and internal security requirements into clear product requirements, APIs, workflows, and priorities.
  • Partner with engineering and security teams on secure-by-design architecture, controls, automation, and platform hardening.
  • Drive customer-facing capabilities for access control, security visibility, compliance evidence, and governance.
  • Improve automation around policy enforcement, configuration, detection, remediation, and security posture.
  • Work with commercial and customer-facing teams on enterprise security requirements and security reviews.
  • Define success metrics across control coverage, adoption, security posture, operational overhead, and customer trust.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across the cloud security ecosystem. Qualifications:
  • Experience owning technical products, cloud security products, infrastructure platforms, IAM, or developer-facing security tooling.
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud and infrastructure security.
  • Strong technical fluency across:
  • Identity & access: IAM, RBAC, SSO, federation, service identities
  • Security controls: encryption, secrets management, key management, policy enforcement
  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes, containers, cloud networking, compute, storage
  • Security operations: logging, audit trails, detection, vulnerability management
  • APIs & automation: policy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, security integrations
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Vault, OPA, SPIFFE/SPIRE, Kubernetes security tooling, SIEM platforms, cloud KMS, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of multi-tenancy, least privilege, zero-trust principles, threat models, and shared-responsibility models.
  • Able to balance security, usability, operational complexity, and customer experience.
  • Strong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. What you bring:
  • Security mindset: Understand risk and controls without losing sight of product usability.
  • Product thinking: Turn security requirements into clear, scalable platform capabilities.
  • Technical fluency: Work credibly across identity, infrastructure, networking, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Customer empathy: Understand the security expectations of enterprise and technical buyers.
  • Systems thinking: Understand how controls interact across the full cloud platform.
  • Ownership: Drive security capabilities from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. Our values:
  • Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up
  • Inspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change
  • You’re real and you’re true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same. Why should you join us? What sets us apart is our blend of modern technology, competitive benefits, and an open, welcoming work culture that enables our people to thrive. Here are just some of the great things you can expect from us:
  • 25 days of annual leave
  • A culture that emphasises results over hierarchy, process & ego: we place great emphasis on the quality, ingenuity and creativity of work.
  • Open communication, regular feedback: we value smooth collaboration, direct and actionable feedback, and believe that leading with empathy and a growth mindset makes us better together.
  • Learning Time: we all have dedicated learning time to focus on new skills, projects or interests that lay outside of your day-to-day job.
  • Health & Wellbeing: we want everyone to feel healthy and happy, so we offer private medical insurance via Bupa.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme: we're committed to building a sustainable business, so we encourage cycling to work.
  • Gympass subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps
  • Participation in the company shares program
