The Opportunity
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is ready to take real ownership. You will manage SEO across multiple websites and accounts, from audit to implementation to reporting, and work alongside a high-performance team of specialists in paid media, content, AI, and web development.
This is a role for someone who does the work, not just describes it.
Requirements
• Full technical SEO audits and hands-on implementation across client and group websites
• On-page optimisation — metadata, content structure, internal linking, URLs
• Keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor gap identification
• Organic performance tracking and reporting via GA4 and Google Search Console
• Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture improvements
• Off-page authority building and ethical link acquisition
• Collaboration with our web, content, and performance teams to embed SEO into every project
• Staying ahead of AI search trends — including GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
What You Bring
• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable organic growth results
• Strong technical SEO capability — you don't just flag issues, you fix them
• Proficiency with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Working knowledge of WordPress and/or Shopify
• Basic HTML and CSS understanding
• Sharp analytical thinking with clear, actionable reporting output
• Agency background is a plus — ownership mindset is non-negotiable
