Risk and issue management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, ensuring that scope, deadlines, quality standards, and business goals remain on track. Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate activities across technical teams, internal departments, client organizations, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain alignment and deliver agreed outcomes. Executive communication and stakeholder engagement: Communicate project goals, critical success factors, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders, including executive-level clients. Facilitate negotiations and build consensus when priorities or viewpoints differ. Service delivery and client satisfaction: Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, client requirements, and agreed quality standards while maintaining transparency and fostering trusted working relationships. Product backlog and prioritization support: Educate and support product sponsors in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure teams focus on the most valuable work. Business development and revenue opportunities: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client environments, support additional services revenue, and align potential offerings with client needs. Vendor and subcontractor oversight: Coordinate external contributors, monitor deliverables, and ensure third-party work meets project requirements and agreed timelines. Project closure and continuous improvement: Lead formal project handovers, document acceptance and ongoing activities, conduct post-implementation reviews, and implement improvements to project management processes. Project systems and documentation: Maintain accurate project information, financial data, schedules, and status updates using project management and business systems, including Salesforce and related financial management platforms. Requirements We are looking for an experienced project management professional with a strong background in complex IT delivery, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage high-visibility client engagements independently.
