Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant based in Brazil. Take ownership of a critical ServiceNow transformation workstream in a complex enterprise environment, combining technical consulting, end-to-end delivery leadership, and project management expertise. In this role, you will guide initiatives from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, production release, and post-launch support. You will coordinate architects, developers, testers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and dependencies are managed effectively. Beyond traditional PMO responsibilities, you will actively contribute to technical discussions, anticipate delivery risks, and drive issues toward resolution. This remote opportunity is suited to an experienced ServiceNow professional who can independently lead delivery, communicate confidently across technical and business teams, and bring structure and accountability to complex projects.
As the ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of an assigned workstream, ensuring alignment between technical execution, business requirements, and project governance. Your responsibilities will include: Own the assigned ServiceNow workstream from initial analysis and design through development, testing, Release to Production (RTP), and hypercare. Establish and maintain delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and expected outcomes. Lead requirements analysis and ensure technical dependencies, solution options, and design decisions are clearly understood before development begins. Identify technical blockers, delivery risks, and design dependencies early, coordinating the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them. Coordinate development activities and maintain clear visibility of progress against agreed plans and milestones. Manage testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including readiness, business participation, defect tracking, and resolution. Coordinate production release readiness by ensuring approvals, documentation, testing evidence, and release artefacts are complete. Oversee workstream activities through production deployment and hypercare until agreed completion criteria are achieved. Maintain ownership of risks, issues, actions, and dependencies, ensuring clear accountability and timely escalation. Keep Jira and other project tracking tools up to date, maintaining accurate and transparent delivery information. Prepare concise status reports for the Project Manager, Product Owner, and project governance stakeholders. Organise and facilitate workstream meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. Coordinate engagement with business units and relevant stakeholders to support requirements alignment and delivery progress. Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable information for business stakeholders and project management. Prepare and coordinate project documentation, presentations, decision records, communications, and supporting materials. Proactively identify missing information, outstanding decisions, and potential delivery challenges rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned. Work independently while escalating decisions requiring input from architecture, product leadership, or project management. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines practical ServiceNow implementation experience with strong technical consulting, project delivery, and PMO capabilities. You should be confident coordinating multidisciplinary teams, understanding technical constraints, and driving a workstream independently without necessarily performing development yourself. The following qualifications and skills are required: Strong practical experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and/or complex IT Service Management (ITSM) projects. Previous experience in a ServiceNow delivery capacity, such as ServiceNow Consultant, ServiceNow Business Analyst, Implementation Lead, or a comparable hands-on implementation role. Solid technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including core concepts, architecture, integrations, dependencies, and implementation considerations. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute meaningfully to implementation and design discussions. Experience owning a technical delivery workstream or comparable scope from initial analysis through production deployment. Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT, release management, and hypercare. Proven ability to coordinate technical teams, Product Owners, solution architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. Strong project management and PMO skills, including delivery planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management, action tracking, dependency management, and status reporting. Demonstrated ability to resolve delivery challenges proactively rather than simply documenting or reporting them. Strong Jira experience, including working with structured backlogs, Epics, User Stories, and delivery workflows. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups and interdependent workstreams. Excellent written and spoken English, with a minimum B2 level; C1 proficiency is preferred. Important: Experience using ServiceNow only as an end user, project manager, or business stakeholder is not sufficient. Candidates must have previous practical experience in ServiceNow implementation or technical delivery. The role does not require hands-on coding or development; however, strong technical consulting expertise is essential to lead analysis and coordinate delivery from requirements through production release. Benefits: Work arrangement: 100% remote. Commitment: Full-time engagement at 100% utilization, equivalent to 40 hours per week. Start date: As soon as possible. Contract duration: Through December 31, 2026, with an extension into 2027 considered very likely. Professional impact: Opportunity to lead an end-to-end ServiceNow transformation workstream in a complex enterprise environment. Technical exposure: Collaboration with solution architects, developers, testers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ownership and autonomy: Responsibility for driving delivery plans, managing dependencies, resolving issues, and ensuring workstream outcomes. Compensation and additional benefits: Not specified in the original job description.
