The position monitors client platforms, triages incidents, improves observability and operational documentation, supports service-desk escalation, automates repetitive work and contributes to post-incident reviews. The role includes an alternating weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements & qualifications
Strong written and spoken English and roughly 2–3 years of SRE, platform operations or technical service-desk experience are requested. Relevant skills include Grafana or Prometheus, incident management, shell or Python scripting, Docker/Kubernetes concepts and Agile ticketing workflows.
