About SkillBridge Internship Program: The Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge internship program is for military service members transitioning from federal service to commercial industry only. For DoD SkillBridge participants, we offer a 40 hr/wk apprenticeship where you will work alongside one of our professionals on product or in business operations. Role at Rise8 At Rise8, marketing is about getting your hands dirty by creating, experimenting, and amplifying our mission. This role exists to support the breadth of our marketing engine—from Brand and Content to Product Marketing and Program Management. You will be the force multiplier for our Marketing Leads, helping us move faster by mastering project management and pioneering the use of AI agents, workflows, and automations to scale our impact. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & AI Innovation: Optimize workflows and ClickUp projects for maximum efficiency. Experiment with AI agents and automations to streamline content delivery and campaign tracking. Full-Spectrum Marketing Support: Assist the Brand, Product, and Programs leads in executing integrated campaigns, from social media management, events, to sales enablement asset creation and more. Campaign Execution & Data Consolidation/Analysis: Support the logistics for campaigns and create ways to synthesize and automate reporting and insights to continuously improve performance. Content Distribution: Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose high-impact video and thought leadership content into formats ready for our target audience. Who You Are / What You Bring An Operational Architect: You love organization and look for ways to make processes "ship" faster using tools like ClickUp and CRM systems. A Growth Mindset: You possess the grit and resilience to overcome obstacles and achieve goals. Tech-Forward: You are eager to experiment with new content formats, creative trends, and emerging AI technologies. Qualifications Currently on active duty and eligible for SkillBridge. Possess a growth mindset. Demonstrated grit, resilience, and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve goals. Preferred: Entry-level experience or certifications in marketing, project management, or digital tools. Why Rise8?
