ABOUT THE ROLE Own social media and email marketing for a consumer fintech wealth-planning startup. As part of the Marketing team, you will create and improve campaigns, build audience engagement, and use performance data to guide the strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, keeping content on-brand and on schedule.
- Coordinate with external creative partners to brief and deliver content on time.
- Build content calendars and engage with the audience through comments and direct messages.
- Spot relevant trends and adapt them into suitable social content.
- Plan and execute email campaigns in HubSpot or a similar platform, including writing and designing newsletters.
- Run email experiments across subject lines, send times, formats, and audience segments.
- Track campaign performance, share actionable insights, and adjust plans based on results. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media, email, or digital marketing, with measurable campaign or audience growth results.
- Hands-on experience managing at least one major social platform, including publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Experience executing email campaigns and A/B tests in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a similar platform.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt brand voice across social posts, email copy, and newsletters.
- Comfort interpreting engagement, open, click-through, and conversion metrics to inform decisions.
- Experience coordinating agencies, content creators, or freelancers; paid social familiarity is helpful.
- Fintech, personal finance, or consumer brand experience is helpful. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary: $80,000 to $100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in New York, United States.
