Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Content Creator based in the United States. The Social Media Content Creator will develop engaging, visually compelling content that helps mission-driven organizations strengthen their online presence and connect with their audiences. In this part-time, remote contractor role, you will create graphics, reels, stories, and other social media assets tailored to each client's brand and communication goals. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will help establish creative direction while ensuring content remains consistent with existing visual identities and social media feeds. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity, quality, deadlines, and budget requirements. This opportunity is ideal for a resourceful designer with strong Canva skills, a well-developed creative eye, and the ability to work independently. You will contribute to the digital communications of nonprofit and faith-based organizations, helping them share their missions and engage their communities more effectively.

Create and design engaging social media content, including graphics, reels, stories, and other visual assets tailored to individual clients. Maintain consistency with each client's existing social media feed, brand identity, visual style, and communication objectives. Develop creative concepts and help establish the visual direction of social media content for assigned clients. Produce high-quality, audience-appropriate designs that support clients' missions, messaging, and engagement goals. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Ensure all deliverables align with project specifications, client expectations, and budget constraints. Work independently to organize tasks, manage creative workflows, and deliver completed projects on schedule. Collaborate with the Creative Director and relevant team members to align content with broader creative objectives and client needs. Requirements: Strong Canva skills, with the ability to create polished, professional, and visually consistent social media content. A portfolio showcasing social media graphics and demonstrating creativity, visual design skills, and an understanding of social media content. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage assignments with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within established design specifications. Ability to adapt creative approaches to different clients, audiences, brand identities, and communication goals. Comfort and willingness to create content for nonprofit and/or faith-based organizations. A collaborative, flexible, and dependable approach to working with a creative team in a remote environment. Benefits: Part-time, remote contractor position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. Flexible remote work arrangement. Opportunity to work with nonprofit and mission-driven for-profit organizations. Creative freedom to develop social media graphics, reels, stories, and other engaging visual content. Opportunity to contribute to meaningful causes by helping organizations communicate their missions and connect with their communities. Diverse creative projects that allow you to work across different clients, brands, and social media content needs.
