Social Media Specialist (Beauty Salon)

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our sister company, a beauty salon located at Palazzo Versace Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing social media platforms for a beauty salon, with a strong understanding of beauty trends, content creation, and digital engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and showcase the salon’s services and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
• Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop creative content ideas, including reels, stories, photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and responding to client inquiries.
• Stay updated on social media trends, beauty industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor social media performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and standards of the beauty salon.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Executive, or similar role within a beauty salon is required.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, treatments, and client expectations.
• Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills are preferred.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, paid campaigns, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
