About the role Please note, this team is hiring across all levels and candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience. Netskope SASE Quality Engineers ensure the delivery of high-performance, scalable WAN edge and Cloud networking solutions. Driven by an automation-first and customer-centric approach, you will design and execute comprehensive tests—from feature-specific validation to complex, system-level scale—to guarantee flawless software delivery. What’s in it for you In this role, you will be a key member of the SASE team, championing quality and automation for our advanced WAN edge and Cloud networking products in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. What you will be doing Understand the product/feature requirement, review the design and write test plans that suits the customer use cases Responsible to own a feature end to end -  starting from testing, automation, script error free run in regression and customer issues handling around that Thorough understanding of the product features and building the ability to debug the customer issues and suggest/implement the workarounds if applicable Need to perform different types of testing that includes functional, system, performance and scale tests Need to create the distributed complex test setups in various cloud platforms and hypervisors based on the requirement Work closely with cross functional teams at various stages of product development to meet the feature deliverables in a release Required skills and experience 3+ years of relevant experience in software testing, quality engineering, or automation. Strong expertise in one or more of the Windows, macOS, Linux and Android platforms, with experience testing system-level agents(VPN clients, or SASE/SSE clients ) in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong knowledge to bring up test environments, testing, automation  and troubleshooting in Windows/macOS and Linux platform Strong expertise in L2/L3 networking concepts, routing protocols, VPN, IPSec and WAN architecture Strong expertise in python programming language and should be able to do automation driven testing Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes environments Familiarity with one of the major server virtualisation products (ESXi, KVM) & IaaS platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Good working knowledge in CI/CD deployment in public clouds Technical know-how of source code systems like Github Experience with traffic generator tools like Spirent and Ixia Experience in scale and performance validation of endpoint client deployments Experience with web programming and HTTP based APIs (REST or GraphQL) Education BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred   #LI-JB3 Netskope is committed to implementing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants for employment.
