Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Architect, Integrations (MENA) based in United States. This is a hands-on solutions architecture role focused on delivering complex integrations for fraud, risk, and compliance technology. You will lead implementations from technical discovery through deployment, translating customer requirements into practical and scalable solutions. The role combines client engagement, API and systems expertise, project management, and deep knowledge of B2B SaaS environments. You will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure integrations are well designed, delivered on time, and positioned for long-term success. You’ll become a trusted technical advisor by understanding customer business challenges, technical requirements, and success criteria. Your feedback will also help shape product development by bringing customer insights directly to internal stakeholders. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced technical professional who enjoys ownership, complex problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment.

Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for fraud, risk, and compliance products. Work closely with customers throughout onboarding, providing technical guidance and support to establish successful, scalable integrations. Analyze customer requirements from both technical and functional perspectives and translate them into appropriate solution designs. Develop a deep understanding of platform capabilities and apply that knowledge to solve customer business and technical challenges. Own API specifications, SDK documentation, integration guides, implementation materials, and other technical support documentation. Manage implementation projects by establishing timelines, monitoring quality, tracking deliverables, identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving projects through completion. Collaborate with multiple internal and external technical teams to coordinate integration activities and resolve complex implementation challenges. Investigate API behavior, data flows, JSON payloads, and system interactions to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions. Build scripts and internal tools that improve integration workflows, troubleshooting, and implementation efficiency. Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Gather customer feedback and act as an internal voice for customer needs, opportunities, and product improvements. Maintain a high degree of ownership across projects while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solutions architecture, systems analysis, or a comparable technical role. Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple technical teams across both internal and external organizations. 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within payments, fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, or a closely related domain. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementation initiatives simultaneously and consistently drive deliverables to completion. Advanced proficiency with SQL querying and analyzing JSON payloads. Strong understanding of APIs and API specifications such as OpenAPI. Experience with web development and integration technologies. Practical scripting and automation experience using tools or languages such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions. Customer-oriented mindset and confidence working directly with clients throughout complex technical implementations. High level of ownership, autonomy, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment. Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with distributed teams. Benefits: Competitive compensation combining cash and equity, with compensation determined based on location, qualifications, experience, and interview performance. Equity opportunities with early exercise available for eligible options, including pre-vested options. Remote-first working environment with flexibility within your country of employment. Flexible paid time off and a year-end company break. Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents in the U.S. and Canada. 4% employer matching contribution to 401(k) or RRSP plans for eligible employees in the U.S. and Canada. MacBook Pro provided for work. One-time home-office setup stipend covering items such as a desk, chair, monitor, and related equipment. Monthly meal stipend. Monthly social and team-meetup stipend. Annual health and wellness stipend. Annual learning and professional development stipend. Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals from around the world at a fast-growing technology company. Flexible, performance-oriented culture that emphasizes outcomes, autonomy, and sustainable work practices.
