A day in the life As a Sourcing Recruiter on the Agile Sourcing Team, you'll focus on designing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies for critical infrastructure roles. Your day might include mapping talent markets to identify passive candidates, using Boolean search and AI-powered platforms to surface qualified prospects, and engaging candidates through personalized outreach. You'll also analyze sourcing metrics and market trends to share strategic recommendations with leadership, mentor colleagues on emerging tools and methodologies, and continuously refine your approaches based on what's working. Throughout it all, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between deep research, relationship building, and data-driven decision making.
