This role focuses on engaging organizations with more than 10,000 employees, building relationships with senior executives, and positioning innovative HR software solutions. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through independent prospecting, supported by sales development representatives and marketing initiatives. Develop relationships with C-suite executives, vice presidents, procurement teams, IT and risk stakeholders, and HR, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations professionals. Lead consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs, business challenges, and strategic priorities, positioning relevant solutions to address them. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that communicate the value of the platform and its potential return on investment. Develop business cases that align solutions with enterprise objectives and build consensus among decision-makers and buying committees. Manage the full sales cycle, coordinating follow-ups, internal resources, stakeholder engagement, and next steps to move opportunities toward successful closure. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline progression, and deliver timely, reliable sales forecasts. Use sales engagement and intelligence tools to identify prospects, prioritize opportunities, and improve sales effectiveness. Navigate objections, address complex challenges, and develop creative strategies to advance deals and overcome buying barriers. Apply multi-threading strategies to engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts and identify opportunities for account expansion. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure smooth handoffs. Work independently across multiple customer accounts and internal teams while maintaining accountability for sales performance and customer experience. Continuously refine sales approaches, explore new prospecting methods, and adapt to evolving market needs and organizational priorities. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings proven enterprise SaaS sales experience, a strong record of engaging large organizations, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes. Success in this role requires consultative selling skills, commercial acumen, effective stakeholder management, and disciplined execution throughout the sales cycle. Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies or large enterprise organizations with more than 10,000 employees. Demonstrated experience managing enterprise sales cycles and developing relationships with senior decision-makers. Proven ability to generate qualified prospect pipelines, develop new business opportunities, and expand professional networks. Experience delivering product demonstrations and presenting solutions in a way that connects product capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes. Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is beneficial. Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense. Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, including the ability to build business cases, demonstrate ROI, and secure alignment among executive buying committees. Experience working with procurement, IT, risk management, C-suite executives, and end users across complex enterprise accounts. Exceptional communication, active listening, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to handle objections, navigate competing stakeholder priorities, and move complex opportunities toward resolution. A collaborative mindset, combined with the ability to work autonomously and coordinate effectively across multiple teams. Natural curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a willingness to experiment with new approaches and continuously improve. Benefits: Enterprise sales opportunity: Help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the large enterprise market.
