Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, external agencies, and other cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to interpret complex information, identify business opportunities, and make sound decisions independently. Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and leadership in managing projects, overcoming challenges, and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to translate data and research into practical recommendations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, including experience managing multiple projects or product categories simultaneously. A naturally curious, self-motivated, and resourceful approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
