Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department's operational objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher education institution. At least two years of professional experience working within a higher education institution, preferably in a Veterans Affairs office, student advising department, or a related student services function. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage records, documentation, and administrative information accurately. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review complex records, investigate discrepancies, and resolve certification-related issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain policies and procedures clearly to students, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. A collaborative and service-oriented approach, with the professionalism and discretion needed to handle student information and sensitive inquiries.
