This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Developer, AI and Agentforce based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce developer to build next-generation AI-powered solutions that transform business operations and customer experiences. You will design, develop, and optimize intelligent agents, workflows, and automations using Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360. The role combines hands-on software engineering with AI experimentation, data architecture, and the integration of emerging technologies across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and engage directly with customers to solve complex technical challenges and deliver scalable, secure solutions. Beyond core Salesforce development, you will explore technologies across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, large language models, and agent orchestration frameworks. Working in a forward-thinking environment, you will have the freedom to prototype new capabilities, experiment with AI-assisted development tools, and influence innovative client initiatives. This remote opportunity is ideal for a curious, technically strong developer who enjoys continuous learning and wants to help shape the future of enterprise AI.

AI Agent Development: Design, build, test, and enhance intelligent agents, workflows, and automations using Salesforce Agentforce. Develop AI-powered experiences for customer-facing applications and internal business processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Salesforce Data Architecture: Design and implement secure, scalable data solutions using Salesforce Data 360. Configure Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns to support intelligent applications and AI-driven workflows. Advanced AI and Retrieval Solutions: Work with unstructured data models, retrievers, and search indexes to enable effective information retrieval and AI-powered experiences. Explore approaches that improve the relevance and usefulness of AI-generated outputs. Emerging Technology Exploration: Prototype, test, and evaluate AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce ecosystem, including large language model APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging development tools. Assess technical feasibility and recommend appropriate solutions for strategic customer initiatives. Salesforce Application Development: Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript. Apply established software engineering principles and platform best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code. Customer Engagement and Solution Design: Work directly with customers to understand business requirements, clarify ambiguous challenges, and recommend effective technical approaches. Translate strategic objectives into practical solutions that combine Salesforce capabilities with complementary AI technologies. Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with project teams, architects, and other technical specialists to translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementations. Contribute to solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. System Integration: Integrate Salesforce applications with third-party platforms and services through REST APIs and other appropriate integration patterns. Explore complementary cloud technologies, including AWS and Google Cloud Platform, when they support customer requirements. AI-Assisted Development: Use modern AI tools and coding assistants to accelerate implementation, improve productivity, support experimentation, and streamline development workflows while maintaining code quality and security. Continuous Learning and Technical Excellence: Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, Data 360 capabilities, software development practices, and developments across the broader AI landscape. Pursue relevant certifications aligned with professional growth and evolving project needs.
