Manage AWS infrastructure: Support cloud infrastructure and automated deployments, ensuring environments remain reliable, maintainable, and secure. Integrate security into delivery workflows: Implement security checks, scanning tools, and vulnerability remediation practices throughout build and release processes. Automate infrastructure provisioning: Apply Infrastructure as Code practices to improve consistency, repeatability, and efficiency across cloud environments. Support Salesforce deployments: Manage and support Salesforce deployment and release processes using Copado, including version control and release coordination. Monitor systems and troubleshoot incidents: Use monitoring and observability tools to track system performance, investigate issues, and help maintain operational stability. Develop automation scripts: Use Python or Bash to automate routine operational tasks and improve engineering efficiency. Maintain technical documentation: Document deployment procedures, infrastructure configurations, and operational processes to support consistency and knowledge sharing. Collaborate across teams: Partner with development, security, and other technical stakeholders to resolve issues, improve workflows, and deliver secure software releases. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or a closely related technical field. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Copado, including Salesforce deployment workflows. Practical experience with AWS cloud services and cloud infrastructure management. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation. Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, conducting security scans, and remediating vulnerabilities. Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, or Amazon CloudWatch. Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and operational support. Understanding of authentication and identity technologies such as Okta, AWS Cognito, or SAML. Basic knowledge of container technologies, including Docker and/or Kubernetes. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, document processes clearly, and collaborate effectively with development and security teams. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to secure, reliable software delivery. Eligibility requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work remotely in the Eastern Time Zone. Preferred qualifications: Experience supporting federal healthcare projects or environments. Familiarity with NIST security frameworks, FISMA requirements, and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes. Linux/Unix system administration experience. Experience with Salesforce release management and version control practices. Relevant certifications, such as AWS, CompTIA Security+, or SAFe. Benefits Compensation: Annual salary of $120,000. Employment type: Full-time W-2 position. Work arrangement: Remote work within the United States, with Eastern Time Zone availability required. Technical impact: Opportunity to work across cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, security engineering, and Salesforce release management. Professional development: Exposure to DevSecOps practices, cloud technologies, security frameworks, and modern delivery tools. Collaborative environment: Work alongside development and security teams to improve automation, system reliability, and secure software delivery.
