Our impact Every month, HighLevel enables more than 1.5 billion messages, 200 million leads and 20 million conversations for the more than 1 million businesses we support. Behind those numbers are real people building independence, expanding opportunity and creating measurable impact. We’re proud to be a part of that. Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts Who You Are: You have worked inside an affiliate, partner, or channel program — not just adjacent to one. You understand how affiliates think, what motivates them, and what causes them to disengage. You are a builder and a coach first. You get energy from watching a manager's conversation quality improve week over week — not from presenting to executives You write playbooks from scratch, design onboarding sequences, and build call frameworks that real people actually use. You are data-aware. You can read an Olive AI dashboard, spot a no-show pattern, and connect it to a coaching intervention. You are willing to travel and show up in person. This role requires event attendance, in-person affiliate relationship building, and on-site team sessions. You have an existing network in the affiliate, partner, or digital marketing ecosystem. You know people. You bring contacts. What You’ll Be Doing: HighLevel's affiliate channel is one of the most important growth levers in the business, servicing thousands of affiliate partners, a top-performing endorsed tier, and a team of Affiliate Managers working daily to move partners from sign-up to their first trial and beyond. We are building the enablement infrastructure to match the scale of this channel. The Affiliate Enablement Manager will be the first dedicated resource for the affiliate org who is leveraging their extensive enablement background to equip our internal team first, then extend that excellence to the affiliate experience. This is a build role. You will be creating the foundation of knowledge and growth for the entire affiliate organization from the ground-up while collaborating with senior affiliate leadership. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, have a background in partnerships, affiliate programs, or channel sales enablement, and believe that great coaching and onboarding are revenue levers, not overhead — this role is for you. You will: Own onboarding for every new affiliate manager joining the affiliate team, resulting in time-to-first-activation results amongst growing affiliate managers and “exams” to ensure proficiency is maintained across the entire organization Build a structured learning path: what does an affiliate manager need to know in their first 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days? Own the content, the sequence, and the checkpoints. Own a continuous, always-on enablement cadence for existing AFMs — not just new hires — so product knowledge and call quality stay current as the team and the platform both grow. Create and maintain a centralized internal resource hub — an always-current repository of playbooks, SOPs, and tools that every AFM can access in seconds. Design and own the structured onboarding experience for all new affiliates outside the endorsed tier Build and maintain the product knowledge baseline, establishing what a “qualified affiliate manager” knows about the product, the program, and strategies about our top affiliates Collaborate with Affiliate Partner individuals to build lifecycle communication sequences (email, SMS, in-app) that guide new affiliates from sign-up through first trial Work cross-functionally to ensure that the process for new affiliates is constantly being optimized for broader team goals Provide reports for senior leadership, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders as needed Attend affiliate industry events, conferences, and meetups — representing GHL and building direct relationships with existing and prospective affiliate partners. What You’ll Bring: Willingness and ability to travel for events, affiliate meetups, and in-person team sessions. Proficiency with CRM (HighLevel or similar), call intelligence tools (Olive AI, Gong, Chorus, or equivalent), and communication/outreach platforms highly preferred. Direct experience working inside a SaaS affiliate or partner program is highly preferred. Strong English written and verbal communication. Dallas-based or willing to travel to Dallas frequently. Frequent in-office presence expected. Experience/Education/Certifications Required: 4–6 years of experience in affiliate program management, channel partner enablement, sales enablement, or a directly adjacent role. Thorough experience building onboarding programs, call frameworks, or coaching toolkits from scratch. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
