We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and cost analysis across a diverse portfolio of innovation and technology functions. In this remote role, you will oversee recurring financial reporting and forecasting for areas including IT, infrastructure, and customer support operations. You will partner directly with functional leaders to provide financial insights, explain spending trends, and support informed business decisions. A key part of your mission will be developing sophisticated cost and productivity models that support strategic initiatives and technology transformation programs. You will also leverage emerging AI tools to automate financial workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and increase operational efficiency. Working with US-based stakeholders in an English-speaking environment, you will have significant ownership, visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to shape how finance supports innovation and business growth.

Manage monthly financial reporting: Own the month-end close and monthly reporting cycle across functional cost centers within the innovation portfolio, including IT, infrastructure, and support, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Serve as a finance business partner: Act as the primary day-to-day finance contact for functional stakeholders, responding to questions about expenditures, budgets, and financial performance. Develop financial forecasts: Prepare and maintain expense forecasts, monitor spending trends, and analyze variances to identify key drivers and explain financial results to functional leadership. Build strategic financial models: Develop and maintain financial models that support business initiatives, including cost and productivity models for customer support operations and emerging technology transformation programs. Deliver actionable financial insights: Translate complex financial data into clear, well-supported explanations and recommendations that help leaders understand performance, manage costs, and make informed decisions. Automate reporting and analysis: Apply AI-powered tools to streamline recurring reporting, improve analytical workflows, reduce manual effort, and continuously enhance the speed and accuracy of financial deliverables. Maintain standardized financial processes: Establish and manage consistent reporting practices, forecasting methodologies, and financial models across multiple functional cost centers. Collaborate across international teams: Work closely with US-based functional leaders and business partners, coordinating financial deliverables across time zones and maintaining an effective communication cadence. Ensure independent execution and accountability: Manage recurring deliverables autonomously, meet deadlines, investigate discrepancies, and escalate complex issues or judgment calls when appropriate. Requirements: Relevant professional experience: Between four and eight years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related financial function, preferably supporting multiple functional cost centers in a fast-paced organization. Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, and the management of recurring reporting processes. Financial reporting expertise: Demonstrated experience managing month-end reporting cycles, monitoring expenditures, analyzing budget performance, and maintaining accurate financial records. Forecasting and variance analysis: Proven ability to develop expense forecasts, investigate spending variances, identify underlying cost drivers, and communicate financial findings effectively. Financial modeling capabilities: Experience building and maintaining financial models, ideally involving operational cost structures, productivity metrics, and business performance analysis. Business partnering skills: Ability to collaborate with functional leaders, respond to financial inquiries, and translate financial information into practical business insights. AI and automation mindset: Interest in applying AI tools and automation techniques to improve reporting processes, streamline analysis, and increase financial accuracy and efficiency. Autonomy and accountability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage structured, deadline-driven deliverables independently while exercising sound judgment and escalating issues appropriately. Industry experience: Experience in B2B Software as a Service (SaaS), payments, or vertically integrated software businesses is preferred. English proficiency: Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate daily with US-based stakeholders in an English-speaking finance environment. Cross-time-zone collaboration: Comfort working with international teams and aligning recurring deliverables with stakeholders primarily located in the United States. Benefits: Remote work: Work remotely from Brazil in an internationally connected professional environment. Quarterly company-wide days off: Enjoy four collective days off per year, with one scheduled break each quarter. Healthcare coverage: Access to health, dental, and life insurance plans. Meal allowance: Monthly meal allowance for use at supermarkets and restaurants. Home office allowance: Financial support to help cover home office expenses, including internet costs. Fitness and wellness: Access to a gym subscription application to support an active and healthy lifestyle. Educational partnerships: Discounts at universities, English language schools, and other educational institutions. Employee assistance program (EAP): Access to psychological, legal, and financial assistance when needed. Payroll-deducted loans: Access to loan options with repayments deducted directly from salary, subject to applicable conditions. Partner discounts: Special offers and discounts with participating brands, including Dell, Microsoft, and other partners. Professional development: Ongoing learning opportunities to strengthen your expertise, develop new skills, and support career progression. Inclusive team culture: Join a collaborative, values-driven environment that encourages diverse perspectives, employee well-being, and continuous improvement. Meaningful impact: Contribute to financial decision-making and innovation initiatives within a technology business serving the global fitness industry.
