Reports To Senior Director, Sales FP&A What You Will Be Doing We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will drive financial insight through rigorous modeling, analysis, and reporting that directly supports strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with FP&A and Accounting to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives. Reporting and Analytics Manage and refresh financial KPIs and provide KPI support for Accounting Close (ASP/Volumes, etc) Consolidate company-wide expenses and review GL activities for anomalies Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and BVA Templates for the FP&A team Prepare and manage Demand Pipeline Reporting, Discount Analysis, and ARR/NRR reporting Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that track business performance, enabling real-time visibility into financial performance Automate recurring reports and data pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy Partner with Accounting and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems Present financial results and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, tailoring depth to the audience Financial Modeling & Analysis Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and headcount planning. Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and risks Support business case development for cross-functional projects with clear financial frameworks and assumptions Continuously improve model integrity by stress-testing assumptions, validating data sources, and documenting methodologies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and key business metrics Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive-ready narratives Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI (e.g. Claude) and planning tools such as Tableau, MS Power Query, and Adaptive Insights Prior exposure to technology, hardware, and SaaS business models Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Salesforce) Location Gurugram, India Office     We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
