Partner with program managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to explain financial results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Monitor program financial performance and communicate actual results, expected outcomes, and significant variances to relevant stakeholders. Recommend improvements to financial procedures, planning practices, and internal controls. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Support financial compliance, audit preparation, and reporting requirements to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Exercise independent judgment when addressing complex financial challenges and provide guidance or support to colleagues with less experience. Contribute to ongoing projects and financial initiatives, ensuring deliverables are accurate and completed within established deadlines. Requirements Associate degree with five to seven years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Strong financial analysis and quantitative reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into practical recommendations. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, and financial performance monitoring. Ability to develop and interpret financial models to support business decisions and evaluate financial outcomes. Understanding of cash flow, revenue, expenditures, depreciation, investments, and financial controls. Strong analytical thinking and statistical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial findings to stakeholders from different functional backgrounds. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
