Communicate complex search concepts clearly to practitioners and senior executives, provide consultative recommendations, and help resolve challenges. Collaborate across marketing disciplines: Work with public relations, content, social, paid media, web, analytics, and client services teams to connect search insights with integrated marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for broader client support. Coach and develop colleagues: Provide guidance, training, and constructive feedback to team members on research, technical SEO and GEO methods, reporting, and performance interpretation. Support interns or direct reports as needed.
