About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on technical leader to help shape how modern marketing works. As our Marketing Technology & AI Manager, you’ll own and evolve the architecture, integrations, and technical capabilities that power our marketing engine, from core platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense to emerging AI tools and automation. You’ll work hands-on to solve complex problems, connect systems, experiment with new technologies, and help Marketing move faster and generate more pipeline. AI will be a major part of how we scale. You’ll help identify where it can create the most value, rapidly test new ideas, and turn successful experiments into scalable capabilities. YOUR IMPACT:

• Own and evolve the architecture, integrations, and technical capabilities of our marketing technology ecosystem, including Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Qualified, and emerging AI platforms.
• Help define the Mar Tech roadmap, identifying where new platforms, AI, automation, and architecture changes can improve marketing performance and scale.
• Build integrations, workflows, and automations that connect systems and improve marketing execution.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation that improve speed, productivity, and customer engagement.
• Rapidly prototype and test new technologies, then scale the ideas that create meaningful business value.
• Improve lead and account processes including segmentation, scoring, routing, enrichment, and intent.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage contractors and technical resources as needed. YOUR TOOLKIT:
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role, or equivalent demonstrated technical depth.
• Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce.
• Experience with platforms such as 6sense, Qualified, or similar marketing and revenue technologies.
• Experience designing system architecture, integrations, automated workflows, and solutions across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations.
• Practical experience with generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into working solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies is a plus. What Success Looks Like:
