Conduct user research and discovery: Identify user groups, map journeys and workflows, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and uncover opportunities to improve complex, multi-user experiences. Deliver exceptional design solutions: Apply strong information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and usability principles while contributing to and maintaining a consistent design system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Clinical stakeholders to align priorities, evaluate technical constraints, and ensure designs are feasible and ready for implementation. Influence product strategy: Provide design expertise and recommendations that guide strategic decisions, strengthen product direction, and keep user needs central to development. Support regulatory compliance and risk management: Conduct human factors engineering activities, including task analysis, use-related risk assessments, and formative usability evaluations, while contributing to cross-functional risk mitigation. Requirements Professional experience: At least 8 years of product design experience, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating successful work on complex B2B products, analytics platforms, dashboards, or data-intensive applications. End-to-end design expertise: Proven ability to independently lead design projects from initial discovery through delivery, with demonstrated improvements in user experience and measurable business outcomes. Research and analytical skills: Experience conducting user research, mapping workflows, synthesizing insights, identifying usability challenges, and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
