Full Job Description

Do you want to shape how millions of customers pay for what they love? Amazon's Payments team is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve installments programs that directly improve affordability for customers and sellers. This is a high-visibility role at an exciting inflection point: the team is expanding its installments offerings and refining fee models to better reflect seller-specific dynamics, all while charting a clear path to financial sustainability. You will partner with business, technology, and finance teams to define product strategy, author vision documents, and deliver features that drive measurable results. If you thrive on turning insights into impactful product decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities Define and own the installments product roadmap, making transparent trade-off decisions on sequencing, scope, and timelines in partnership with your dedicated technology team. Author press-release/frequently-asked-questions (PR/FAQ) documents and business requirements, then collaborate with engineering to design, build, and launch features that improve customer affordability and seller participation. Manage the installments program profit-and-loss statement, analyzing performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and refine fee structures. Use generative artificial intelligence tools alongside proven product management methods to speed up insight generation and development cycles. Lead and develop up to two direct reports, coaching them on product management practices while building an inclusive, high-performing team.

A day in the life Your week is roadmap-driven. Mornings often start with a review of key metrics in the weekly business review, followed by syncs with your engineering partners to unblock development and refine upcoming releases. Afternoons mix heads-down analysis of seller and customer data with collaborative sessions alongside business teams. Because the Brazilian market has unique payment dynamics, much of your strategic thinking happens independently as you tailor approaches to local realities. You will also have regular exposure to senior leaders, presenting progress and advocating for your product priorities.

About the team We sit within Amazon's Payments organization with a clear mission: provide the most customer-friendly payment options by expanding access and increasing affordability. Our team has a dedicated technology group, which means you have real creative space to conceive and ship new features. The team is actively investing in growing its installments programs and evolving its fee model, so you will join at a moment where your decisions directly shape the product's financial trajectory. If you want to build strong business acumen, turn seller insights into product improvements, and see your work impact millions of customers, this is the place to do it.
