Kobie is a values-led organization where we believe that everyone is a leader, regardless of their position or role.
Travel Requirements: As a remote-first organization headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Kobie values meaningful in-person connection and collaboration that strengthens our teams, supports our clients, and enhances our culture. While travel requirements vary by role, periodic travel may be required to support business objectives, team collaboration, customer engagements, training, and company events. Candidates should be able and willing to travel as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
Produce deal-driven sales artifacts on demand, including RFP and RFI responses in Loopio, pitch deck story sections in PowerPoint, and demo or vignette support, executed to Kobie's bar of excellence in partnership with Business Development, who are accountable for winning the deal. Draft and tailor objection-handling guides, talk tracks, and decision trees that equip Business Development and Client Services to position Kobie confidently in live selling situations. Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials that guide how teams message and sell Kobie products across the loyalty and martech landscape. Produce sales training content and enablement videos in Synthesia, giving Business Development and Client Services repeatable, self-serve resources they can return to. Maintain the RFP response repository in Loopio, keeping answer libraries current, accurate, and easy to retrieve so turnaround gets faster over time. Apply Claude and other AI tools to accelerate drafting, summarize competitive and market inputs, and increase both the volume and the quality of enablement output. Compile competitive intelligence on loyalty and martech vendors, including competitors such as Salesforce, Capillary, and IBS, and translate it into positioning teams can use. Maintain accurate enablement and content records in HubSpot so the team can see which assets support which deals and what is actually being used. Organize and version-control a single source of truth for sales content, applying consistent structure so teammates always find the current, correct asset. Track usage and feedback on playbooks, materials, and tools, and implement improvements so the highest-value assets stay sharp and low-value ones get retired. Contribute market and competitive insights surfaced through deal work back to GTM Enablement and Product, helping shape what we build and how we position it. Turn around deal-support requests quickly and reliably, becoming the trusted first call for Business Development when a deadline is tight. Leave every asset better than you found it, tightening messaging, closing gaps, and improving structure with each pass rather than waiting for a full rebuild. At the end of the first year, success would mean a well-organized and actively used content library, faster RFx and pitch turnaround, and a battlecard and playbook set that Business Development reaches for without being asked.
Required 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, competitive intelligence, or a related content and sales-support function. Builds and maintains RFP and RFI responses in Loopio, including answer library upkeep and full response assembly under deadline. Produces polished, on-brand sales and training decks in PowerPoint, translating complex solutions into clear, client-ready narratives, working to direct agency services for final polish as needed. Creates enablement and training videos in Synthesia, or a comparable platform, to deliver repeatable, self-serve learning content. Applies Claude and other AI tools to draft, summarize, and accelerate enablement content, with sound judgment on accuracy and brand fit. Maintains sales and content data in HubSpot, keeping records accurate and retrievable to support pipeline-facing work. Builds sales playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides that hold up in live selling situations. Compiles and maintains competitive intelligence on loyalty and martech vendors, translating findings into positioning teams can act on. Organizes and version-controls a shared content library so teams reliably find the current, correct asset. Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, and loyalty or martech concepts sufficient to position Kobie accurately in market. Strongly Preferred Prior sales, pre-sales, or business development experience that informs how enablement lands inside a live deal. Sales storytelling and narrative building around product materials is ideal. Experience leveraging AI as a workflow enhancer (not a substitute for judgment/thinking). Ideal candidate would have experience building repeatable AI-assisted workflows. Demonstrated ability to pick up and manage new tools quickly, applying strong systems thinking to how content and tools fit together (Experience with Hubspot, Notion, HighSpot, and similar CRM/Sales tools preferred). Familiarity with building win/loss synthesis and decision-tree logic to sharpen future materials. Familiarity with the loyalty marketing and martech competitive landscape, including vendors such as Salesforce, Capillary, and Epsilon.
