We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in End User Computing (EUC) to drive technical strategy, solution design, and customer enablement across enterprise environments. In this role, you will partner with sales teams, clients, and engineering specialists to develop modern workplace solutions that align with business and technical requirements. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead technical solution development, support customer engagements, and guide the delivery of modern End User Computing solutions while strengthening technical standards and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and technical teams during customer meetings, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from helpdesk teams to C-suite executives. Gather business and technical requirements, facilitate architecture discussions, and lead whiteboard sessions to define appropriate solutions. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals tailored to customer needs. Support proof-of-concept initiatives, develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), prepare statements of work, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). Lead the design and development of modern End User Computing strategies, including AWS WorkSpaces, virtual applications, virtual desktops, and cloud migration solutions. Support consulting engineering teams with project delivery and help ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions. Provide daily work direction to the solutions architecture team, serving as a primary escalation point for architects and clients. Participate in pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including internal and external planning meetings. Communicate project status, technical issues, resource needs, and escalations to engineering management. Support high-priority customer infrastructure issues by reviewing technical environments, providing guidance, and coordinating resolutions. Identify process improvements, contribute to the development of new products and solutions, and help establish and validate technical standards. Promote consistent documentation, service-level agreement (SLA) adherence, and continuous improvement in the customer experience. Requirements: The ideal candidate will bring extensive architecture and consulting experience in End User Computing, strong knowledge of cloud-based desktop environments, and the ability to lead technical discussions while supporting complex enterprise customer needs. At least 7 years of experience in AWS End User Computing solutions, particularly Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Applications, and migration or replatforming projects. At least 7 years of delivery and architecture experience with Citrix and the broader End User Computing ecosystem. At least 5 years of experience with one or more EUC architectures or technologies, including virtual applications and desktops, VMware Horizon, Horizon Cloud, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure, or AWS WorkSpaces. Strong knowledge of major EUC products and solutions, including Citrix DaaS, NetScaler, Microsoft AVD, Nerdio, Omnissa Horizon 8, Horizon Cloud, and Workspace ONE. Familiarity with AWS third-party EUC offerings, including Citrix and Horizon-based environments. Previous consulting and pre-sales experience, including solution design, customer presentations, and proposal development. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and/or military experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and develop clear, persuasive proposals. Strong documentation and standardization skills, with a commitment to service-level agreements and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with AWS Professional Services (ProServe). Relevant certifications in Citrix, AWS, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Omnissa Horizon technologies. Experience with additional End User Computing providers and solutions, including VMware and Microsoft. Three to five years of experience with complementary EUC technologies, such as IGEL, Nexthink, ControlUp, Island, Liquidware, FSLogix, or virtual desktop infrastructure monitoring solutions. Previous experience in a team lead, technical leadership, or management role. Benefits: Remote work opportunity from anywhere in the United States. Full-time employment. Opportunity to lead enterprise-level End User Computing architecture and modernization initiatives. Exposure to cloud computing, automation, AI-driven solutions, and next-generation infrastructure technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional sales, engineering, and consulting teams. Opportunities to influence technical strategy, develop innovative solutions, and improve customer outcomes. Inclusive working environment that values diverse perspectives, professional expertise, and collaboration.
