Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Technical GTM Enablement Specialist based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced technical professional to bridge the gap between networking, compute, storage, and go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will transform complex technical capabilities into practical architectures, deployment guides, and field-ready enablement resources. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales Enablement, and Solutions Architecture teams to support global sales initiatives and customer success. Through hands-on demonstrations, technical workshops, and production-ready reference designs, you will empower teams to communicate sophisticated solutions with clarity and confidence. You will also contribute to product roadmap alignment, technical thought leadership, and strategic deal execution. This remote-first opportunity is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys combining solution architecture, automation, and customer-facing strategy to drive measurable business impact.

Technical Enablement and Documentation: Develop, maintain, and improve technical guides, deployment documentation, solution briefs, and enablement materials for internal teams and external audiences, including Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, and sales professionals. Global Training and Workshops: Design and deliver technical training sessions and hands-on workshops that equip global Solutions Architects with the knowledge and resources needed to demonstrate and position complex solutions effectively. Product and Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand upcoming releases, test early-stage features, and ensure technical documentation and enablement assets are accurate and ready before launch. Architecture Design and Visualization: Create detailed, professional architecture diagrams, solution flows, and design patterns using tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, or Draw.io to make complex technical concepts accessible. Reference Architectures and Automation: Build production-ready reference designs, Terraform configurations, API integrations, and automation scripts that demonstrate how networking, compute, and storage technologies work together. Technical Content Ownership: Act as the trusted source of technical information for go-to-market leadership and field teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and technical credibility across all resources. Hands-On Demonstrations and Labs: Develop interactive sandbox environments, demonstration scripts, and practical lab guides that enable technical teams to learn, validate architectures, and support complex customer opportunities. Go-to-Market Strategy and Feedback: Translate customer feedback, deal insights, and win/loss analysis into actionable recommendations for go-to-market strategy and product improvements, collaborating with Product and Engineering stakeholders. Technical Thought Leadership: Contribute to whitepapers, technical deep dives, solution briefs, and other thought leadership materials that communicate platform capabilities and address enterprise customer needs. Requirements: Relevant Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Strategist, or in a comparable technical role involving networking, storage, and bare-metal infrastructure. Networking and Infrastructure Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including BGP, IP routing, and firewalls, along with hands-on familiarity with bare-metal server infrastructure. Automation and API Skills: Proven experience working with APIs, infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, configuration management tools such as Ansible, and the setup and management of practical lab environments. Architecture Visualization: Demonstrated proficiency with Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent tools for producing clear, detailed, customer-facing architecture diagrams. Technical Documentation: Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, deployment guides, reference architectures, and implementation resources, with exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy. Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, concise, accessible language for technical teams, sales professionals, and enterprise customers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to connect technical capabilities with customer requirements and business objectives, using field feedback and deal outcomes to inform recommendations and improve go-to-market execution. Learning and Adaptability: A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to stay current with evolving technologies, product developments, and enterprise infrastructure needs. Benefits: Flexible Remote Work: Remote-first working arrangements, with access to coworking spaces for additional flexibility. Generous Leave Programs: Paid leave options that include parental leave, birthday leave, and the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave. Health and Wellness Support: Wellness allowances and employee wellbeing initiatives designed to support physical and mental health. Learning and Development: Generous study and training allowances, along with paid study leave to support continuous professional growth. Modern Workspaces: Access to inspiring work environments and global coworking facilities through a WeWork membership.
