In this role, you will support SEB’s settlement and post-trade services in the Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish market. You will join a supportive team, receive guidance as you learn, and gradually take responsibility for real financial transactions. Your daily work will include checking information, solving operational issues, working with colleagues, and contributing ideas that help us improve our processes. As your knowledge grows, you will take on more varied tasks, build confidence using financial systems, and develop expertise in securities operations. To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have:
A proactive mindset and ability to learn quickly
Interest in banking or financial markets; previous knowledge is welcome but not required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in English, as work execution is related to foreign countries
Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfort using everyday IT tools and a willingness to develop your Excel skills; an interest in automation is a plus

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job.
