Full job description
Support daily stewarding operations, supervise the shift team, maintain sanitation and operating equipment, monitor supplies, enforce HACCP and safety procedures, support banquets and inventory control, and coach staff.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires prior experience as a Stewarding Executive, Senior Steward or similar hotel role, knowledge of stewarding procedures, food safety, HACCP and sanitation, organizational skills, and ability to supervise a team. Hospitality or Food Production qualifications are advantageous.
