In this role, you will collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to onboard enterprise healthcare locations, drive platform adoption, and develop long-term customer relationships. You will work directly with healthcare providers and their teams to deliver engaging product training, strengthen sales capabilities, and help practices increase treatment acceptance. This remote position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability, initiative, and technology-driven sales expertise are essential. With regular in-territory travel and opportunities to attend industry events, you will play a key role in expanding partnerships across the elective healthcare market.

Client onboarding and training: Guide newly onboarded healthcare practices through platform implementation and adoption, providing practical training on available financing solutions and strategies to improve treatment acceptance and membership sales. Consultative selling: Conduct sales meetings and presentations both in person and through virtual platforms such as Zoom, clearly communicating product value, addressing objections, and helping healthcare providers identify solutions that meet their business needs. Territory management: Develop and execute territory sales activities, prioritize opportunities, maintain an active pipeline, and ensure consistent progress toward sales objectives. Customer relationship management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and follow-up actions within the company's CRM platform. Industry networking and lead generation: Attend trade shows, regional events, and in-territory industry gatherings to generate leads, build relationships, increase product awareness, and encourage platform adoption. Customer engagement and retention: Maintain regular communication with healthcare practices, identify opportunities to improve platform utilization, and support ongoing customer satisfaction and account expansion. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal account management and commercial teams to coordinate onboarding, share customer insights, resolve challenges, and support broader business objectives. Adaptability and continuous improvement: Navigate evolving processes, systems, tools, and commercial priorities while maintaining a high standard of sales execution and customer service. Requirements: Professional experience: Three to five years of sales-related experience, preferably in account management, business development, healthcare technology, medical financing, or a comparable commercial environment. Proven sales performance: Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and consistently delivering strong results, with a track record of high performance in a target-driven environment. Sales process expertise: Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies, pipeline management, prospect engagement, objection handling, and closing techniques. Relationship-building skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to engage healthcare providers, practice owners, administrators, and other key decision-makers. Consultative selling capabilities: Ability to understand customer needs, communicate product benefits effectively, overcome objections, and position technology-based financing solutions as valuable tools for business growth. Industry knowledge: A thorough understanding of the aesthetic healthcare industry or elective medical financing is required, with familiarity with specialties such as plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility, or medical spas considered valuable. Technology proficiency: Strong aptitude for technology-based platforms, including the ability to demonstrate products, train customers, encourage adoption, and communicate technical features in a practical, accessible way. CRM and organizational skills: Excellent attention to detail and experience using customer relationship management systems to document sales activity, monitor opportunities, and manage customer interactions. Self-management and adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain productive in a fast-paced environment where processes, systems, and commercial strategies may evolve. Communication and presentation: Confidence conducting sales calls, virtual demonstrations, in-person meetings, and customer training sessions. Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory monthly and attend relevant trade shows, regional meetings, and industry events as required.
