Join a fast-growing, remote-first technology company transforming how businesses approach financial planning and decision-making. As a Strategic Finance Advisor, you will leverage your Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expertise to help customers optimize their financial processes and unlock the full value of an innovative planning platform. Acting as a trusted advisor to founders, finance leaders, and CFOs, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and product development. You will contribute to product strategy, develop tailored financial models, and drive customer success through actionable insights. If you are passionate about financial analysis, customer enablement, and team leadership, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and innovative environment.

As the Strategic Finance Advisor, you will lead customer enablement initiatives, provide expert financial guidance, and help shape product development based on real-world business needs. Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the FP&A subject matter expert, advising founders, business leaders, and finance professionals on financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Guide customers in developing customized financial models, templates, and workflows that address their specific business requirements. Act as the primary link between customers and product teams, translating customer feedback into product improvements and strategic feature recommendations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to design and execute customer success strategies. Identify new use cases and opportunities to expand the platform's value through ongoing customer interactions. Provide technical guidance on financial reporting, business metrics, and financial analysis within the platform. Support sales conversations by explaining functional capabilities and demonstrating relevant product use cases. Engage with industry leaders, investors, and CFOs to stay informed about emerging trends affecting finance and strategic decision-making. Promote the platform within the strategic finance community, building awareness of its applications and benefits. Build and manage a small team of customer success specialists and interns, defining performance metrics, tracking results, and supporting individual and team development. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A expertise with analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to customer success. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and translating complex financial concepts into practical solutions. Essential qualifications include: 2–8 years of relevant experience in corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with creativity and a practical approach to developing solutions. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. A proactive, self-driven attitude and the motivation to take ownership of initiatives. A customer-oriented approach and a genuine desire to help others succeed. The ability to translate customer requirements into financial models, workflows, and actionable product feedback. An interest in emerging financial technology trends and the evolving needs of finance leaders. Benefits: Remote-first work environment: Work remotely with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. Collaborative culture: Join a team that values transparency, open communication, and shared learning. Innovation and ownership: Contribute ideas, explore new approaches, and help shape product and business strategy. Professional growth: Develop your expertise through collaboration with finance professionals, industry leaders, investors, and CFOs. Leadership opportunities: Build and lead a small team of customer success specialists and interns.
