Translate research, insights, and complex requirements into actionable guidance for design, creative, technology, and delivery teams. Ensure that strategic thinking remains relevant and effective throughout the project lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with design, creative, engineering, production, and account management teams to maintain strategic coherence and deliver integrated solutions across multiple initiatives. Business Development and Account Growth: Contribute to proposals, pitches, and growth initiatives across technology and commerce accounts. Identify emerging opportunities, support strategic planning conversations, and help expand client relationships. SaaS and B2B Experience: Strong experience working with software-as-a-service (SaaS) or business-to-business (B2B) organizations. Familiarity with enterprise platforms, connected ecosystems, or technically complex products is particularly valuable. Client Leadership and Facilitation: Excellent client-facing skills and executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to establish trust, influence senior stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions, and guide complex decision-making processes.
