Eligibility requirements
Full-time in-person students at Latvian higher-education institutions aged 25 or younger who are obtaining their first higher-education qualification and satisfy the current social, academic and income criteria. Eligible social groups include students from qualifying large families, student parents with three or more children, orphans/young people without parental care, students with Group I or II disability, and students from households with poor or low-income status.
